Bred by the well-known Delami Stud, Hermione's sire Delami Darth Vader is by the famous stallion Pendock Legend and is out of a Taliaris Granite mare, a combination that has bred some of Idyllic Stud’s most well-known prize-winners. Hermione's dam Abbeybells Souer Humbleline is a beautiful prizewinning mare, herself a paternal sibling to HOYS Cuddy finalist & multiple WPCS medal winner Abbeybells Father Coyne.

 

Hermione is typical of her breeding - elegant but still with substance with a long clean front, plenty of quality flat bone and huge ground covering movement.

 

Shown very lightly, she is a County show winner but her real forte is as a broodmare.

 

She is a consistent breeder of correct big moving foals.
